Sometimes talking to friends, family or carers about a health problem isn’t an option. Sometimes it's not convenient to visit the doctor. It's always good to receive advice and information from someone you can trust though.

Our Helpline Advisors are all qualified health professionals who deal with a range of issues - from serious conditions to childhood illnesses. Every call is important and completely confidential.

We take calls not only from children and parents themselves but also from friends, siblings, grandparents and even teachers. Everyone who calls receives one-to-one personal attention and can rest assured they'll receive the best advice and support.
